by | Feb 7, 2025 | Nightmare Treatment

Really pleased to share a recent podcast with Sophie Bostock for the#sleepon series on the subject of disturbing dreams and nightmares, and enhanced technique I developed to stop all types of nightmares and sleep disturbance – The Dream Completion Technique.

The podcast can we watched on this link https://sleeponitpodcast.podbean.com/, or the whole Sleep On series can be found on popular podcast platforms such as apple and spotify.

This podcast covers why we dream (the most common question everyone asks), why nightmares occur, how to stop nightmares, and what happens when we can’t remember out dreams, but still experience sleep disturbance.

The essential message is that nobody should have to suffer from nightmares or night terrors, and that relief can be rapid and long-lasting.
